I, the undersigned, hereby consign the item(s) listed to Madam Had’em
for a period of 60 days. Prices will be set by management at time
of consignment.
If listed items are sold within the 90-day period, I will receive 50%
of the purchase price, paid out on a quarterly basis. Periodic
markdowns will be taken at the sole discretion of management. Out
of season and overstocked items are subject to clearances sales and/or
price adjustments according to market demand. A $2.00 handling
fee will be assessed for checks over $20, any checks below $20 will
be accrued to next payout period. After the 90-day period, the
consignor may reclaim unsold articles within 7 days. At the end
of the 7 days, clothing becomes property of Madam Had’em.
I hereby warrant that I have complete title to the merchandise listed
and I will not hold Madam Had’em responsible for any claim of title to
it. I also understand that Madam Had’em assumes no responsibility
for loss or damage to listed merchandise by fire, theft, accident or
any other cause.
